We'll jump on the Modo train (at least partly as long as Softimage still runs on current hardware). I think it has great potential and at that pricetag it's really a no-brainer to add to ones arsenal. ;) I've been watching / evaluating it for some time now and so far I have only been pleasantly surprised. Even the deformation / animation / rigging part looks and feels quite mature for the short time it exists.
