Attachment please. :) I could take a wild guess: Particle´s shader on the cached sim was not written. I´ve also had troubles this week caching parameters with the cache manager. It was better way back on SI 2010, you´d had a list to cache. Eliminating the guess work. Then on 2011 part of the team went to maya, and you know the rest of the story... Check if you can re-write the cached pCloud writting the pcloud density. Cheers.
