actually we were considering adding those location details, do you have work permit and stuff like that... but after a bit of thinking we figured that we would like to keep it fast and simple as possible. when you are looking someone urgently you don;t care much where he is as long as you can get him to task right away. on the other hand for looking for someone when you have more time there are ton of other web pages that allows more detailed recruitment. idea was to keep it as simple and fast as possible.
but again we are still improving and adding and if more people think that location filters are good idea then we will add them for sure. you can always send ideas either here or on contact on cgfolio page. we are pushing to implement all high priority requests to make it better for everyone.
