Hello.... New to the list, but fascinated with SDR. I want to start looking at the technology and have read a lot of literature about SDR. Attended the Dayton SDR presentation. (Got flat-butt syndrome too)
I know how to run a soldering station (K2 experience + other things) and I would like to put together the kit. So, with that background....where do I start? As I understand it, just need the kit and the software into a good sound card. I am not sure if I need to know PIC programming (which I do not)...so I am looking for some practical suggestions. Run - Hide - Go Away - Take a Hike - Start a Garden Instead - those type of things. Lee - K0WA In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense. Is Common Sense divine?
