In my understanding, differences between dIVI and the proposal of
draft-murakami-softwire-4v6-translation-00 are minimal.
They both use a double-translation tunneling method, with a stateless address
mapping between A+P and IPv6.
It seems therefore that either double-translation tunneling is out of scope, or
dIVI is also in scope.
