=> yes, the SD-CGN (the SD-AFTR with DS-Lite) runs a second NAT but
only on port (vs. address and port) and following algorithm (aka stateless).

PS: you can expand the algorithm application to a table of static mapping rules
(it provides an easy way to configure a standard NAT as a SD-CGN without
a line of C code :-).
