So the only different between MAP-T and dIVI-PD is the new PSID calculation
in MAP. Otherwise, they are identical.

Well, MAP-T and divi-pd in non-address-sharing mode (ie 1:1) should be
totally compatible. However, given that the "on-the-wire" encoding of the
PSID is different in the address sharing mode, interoperability in that mode
won't be there.
