meet with us right now."
"Sure, let's do it".
Dais made his way over to his desk and tapped the console to open a
connection with the Bajoran consulate. The friendly face of the Bajoran
receptionist filled the screen. After warm greetings from both sides, Dais
said, "I was wondering if Chief of Staff Rivik has a moment to meet with me
and another officer about a matter I spoke to him and the ambassador about
yesterday."
"Of course, Commander. One moment.... He can see you for about 20 minutes
if can be here in 10 minutes..."
"Thank you," said Dais. "We are on our way." Dais closed the connection
after his response. "Well, it seems like we have a go," he said as he stood
up."
