That was easy enough. I am happy that he approved everything so quickly.
Any thoughts before we do our raid..."
"Somehow, I have a feeling that the Bajorans are not going to be as
cooperative," replied Dais. "I must admit that this will be my first
arrest. I know that we will have to present the warrant and read Miranda,
but is there anything else I should now to expect?" asked Dais as he started
walking toward the Bajoran Embassy.
"Normally this would be easy, their government would pull the immunity, and
then we would arrange for him to turn himself in. Since this is not a normal
case, I would expect that they will try all manners of tricks to prevent us
from taking him. If need be we will call security for a squad and take him by
force, but we should avoid that at all costs. If you have any diplomatic
skills, you can expect them to be tested."
Dais nodded. It all made sense to him. He was curious to see how the
Bajorans would react. This had not been the most smooth of interactions
with them.
{Any other thoughts? will reply later today, with luck}
