This was too open a spot for her to speak freely.  "Let's look at a tourist map and see what our options are."

Abrams nodded.  "I know that there is one in the lobby.  We could download it to a PADD and look it over in your room."

"Great," Jaime replied with a little more enthusiasm.

A waiter came over and placed menus on the table before the pair.  He was a lad in his early adulthood who might have attracted Jaime's attention had he not been Bajoran.  "Good day, M'am, Sir.  Would you like to order now?"

"One moment," she said stiffly.  She studied the menu and scrolled past dozens of extra-terrestial dishes.  Finally, she made a selection and gave it to the waiter.

Abrams ordered a steak, baked potato and corn before handing his menu to the waiter.  Once the waiter walked away, he looked over Jaime.  He was surprised at how young she looked.  She could have been a college student.  He did not know any details about her, but he did need to make it appear that they were at least family friends to allow it to make sense that he was playing the part of host while she was visiting the station.  "How are things with your brother?"

(Jaime?)
