He put his paw to his belly area and turned his head away from
everyone.
"BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKK!" sounded as he belched."Yep, definitely need an antidote." McTiernan fought back a gimace of discust. "Er ... I can bring you down to the medical bay and see what we can do for you, Mr. Knucklebiter." The station's CO was not really sure how to handle the situation. He was kind of hoping that the team would get right to work on their mystery, but it seemed that the belly of the ursoid had other things in mind. "Do you have any readings from during the event I can look over while we go to Medical?" asked Knucklebiter. McTiernan nodded. We constop by my office on the way to the to the bay to pick up a PADD if you would like," he replied. "We have sensor readings taken from here on the station as well as from the missing runabout itself ... before it disappeared." "Has there been any indication of the return of the 'eye' since your team disappeared," asked Aravis," who was clearly going to be joining the group on its way to the medical bay whether she was invited or not. McTiernan shook his head. "I have already checked with the team and it seems that things are all back to normal. No one would even have known that something had happened if we weren't missing some team members." "What was LtCdr Howser doing when she identified the anomoly?" asked Dr.
Inglesdottir.
"Janice was the team geologist. She was actually studying one of the
nearby moons. I am not sure specifically what she was doing when she found
it, but it would be in her notes. In fact, the lab is the same as it was
when she and Gabe Ares were working in there just before they left to
investigate the anomoly."
(reactions anyone?)
