"Then it has been decided," said Aravis.  "Mr. Knucklebiter, you and  Lts
Gorm and K'stilk will join Commander McTiernan in checking out the lab
where the missing scientists were working.  I want you folks to pull
together any information that might relate to the  phenomenon."

(response?)

Aravis then turned to Dr.  Ingolsdottir.  "Doctor, you can join me on one of
the Runabouts.   I would like to get a close up analysis of the area to see
if our sensors  can pick up anything while we are up close and person.
Commander  McTiernan, could you spare Ms. Pweretza to assist us?

The doctor just  nodded.

"Of course," responded Commander McTiernan.  "Would you like to use  one of
our Runabouts?  They are specially outfitted for scientific  purposes.  They
might prove a little bit more specialized that the ones we  took out from
Spacedock."

"That would probably be for the best," replied Aravis. She was impressed.
McTiernan had come across as a bit out of his league, but since there
arrival back at the station, he had clearly gotten back his composure.
"Thank you, Commander.  Also please feel free to assign any other of your
staff to us.  You know them better than we do.  I am sure they have a lot to
offer since they have been investigating the region for some time."

"I was thinking that you might want to switch the assignments for Lorenna and myself.  I am a specialist in meteorology.  I might be able to provide more insight into the atmospher of Jupiter as we investigate the phenomenon.  We may want to have Perry Morris join us as well.  He is an ecologist and might be able to identify what doesn't belong."

(Aravis?)
