The huge ursiod shrugged. "You are in charge Ma'am, but I'm pretty sure the other party did not see it coming either."
 
Hilda glanced toward Aravis to see how she would react.  While there was some risk involved, she thought it was nominal.  It was a risk worth taking if it could lead to a safe recovery for the missing scientists.
