Sam guided them along the corridors of the station from the hotel to
crew quarters. It did not take them long to reach his assigned space.
They stepped in. Surprisingly, or perhaps not so, the space was his
alone. It was sparsely decorated and had the look of someone who was
new to the space. The only thing that really stood out was a very
detailed, hand painted mural of the planet Earth. Surrounding the
painted globe, there were brief scense of importance from Earth's
history. It would almost be considered a masterpiece.

Sam made his way over to the door that presumably led to the bedroom.
"Make yourselves at home. I should be changed in just a moment." Before
either could respond directly to him, the door had slid shut.

Chase made his way over to the mural. "It looks like he was a good
choice for your cover. This is amazing!"

"So it seems," Jaime answered as she examined the work with an artist's eye. "I don't recognize the artist, but it's a beautiful piece. I wonder how he got it?" She obviously admired the work, and her admiration for Sam as its collector rose, too.

Chase nodded. "I did not realize that paint could be applied directly to the station's walls. I thought that sort of thing had to go through station maintenance."

Chase studied his partner in crime as she spoke. He had to respect the fact that she had gotten herself involved with the Brotherhood. She was working hard, even though Richard was making things difficult. "Does your family have a history of being involved with the Brotherhood?"
