A smile spread across Chase's lips as he considered her comment. He liked the way she thought. Her suspicious nature would protect her. "There is not too much of a chance of that. Richard may not like many people, but he would not endanger the Brotherhood by allowing one of his people to be caught. The risk would be too great."
While her face still registered scepticism, she cleared appreciated his reassurance.� "Good."�
Then she looked towards the bathroom and called out, "Sam, did you fall in or something?"
Chase looked toward the door. He had actually been under the impression that Sam had disappeared more to give them a chance to talk and to repress his laughter rathe than an actual need to use the facility. Even with that, he had been gone a long time at this point.
