Watson stepped forward first, "General A'amon. Gentle tides to you as
well.
I am Ambassador James Watson, please allow me to introduce
Commander-in-Chief Admiral Samuel Lasiter."
"It is good to see you again, General, and welcome to Spacedock. I hope
your trip was uneventful.", he said after a slight bow.
T'Kresh stood to the side with the rest of the Council members. She was
surprised that some of the Council was still missing. The Romulan
ambassador
had yet to arrive as well as the General's own representative. Admiral
Bedru
also had yet to arrive. She could not help but wonder whether she had
been
told. The Aqualish representative did not envy Ambassador Watson if that
was
the case.
"Thank you, Admiral. Our trip was quite pleasant and without incident,
thanks to the Federation's excellent escort," the General replied, appearing
to be quite sincere, "I was admiring your planet Saturn; we were treated to
a spectacular view of it on the way in."

At that moment, Dolari Haryail, the Venasian ambassador, entered, flanked by
her Shalan. Otherwise, she was alone, which was suprising as it seemed she
was never without her cultural attache. Dolari looked calm as all
Venasians seemed to, but the Borg implants were still disconcerting. She
seemed nonplussed at being late as she took her place in the receiving line.
