Ambassador Aria chimed in again. "Admiral, you are discussing plans
for another flag officer's department with us before discussing them with
him?"
"These are merely proposals Ambassador. I am merely sharing ideas on my
restructuring for the department."
"I see. So, if we accept the proposal, and Admiral Brennan does not?"
Sharez's antennae pulled forward. It was evident that he was looking
forward to hearing the response from the Admiral on this.
Aria interrupted before Renaud could reply. "Admiral, I understand and
appreciate your efforts. You have given us much to think about. Might I
suggest that you pursue this matter within Star Fleet's structure before
bringing it to us for consideration?"
