He didn't care if Leaver's father was President of Earth. He and Geb had captured him in the act of holding Commander Shevab hostage and aiming a weapon at him. "That may be the case, Mr. Greene, but I doubt they would be thrilled with the idea that Adam was found holding the Chief of Engineering at gunpoint earlier this morning. If they are that well connected, he can probably cause them as much damage as they can try and help him." Aravis placed her hands flat on the table. "Let's cut the games, gentlemen. I want some answers and I want them now. What happened this morning and why?" Leaver turned to his lawyer to see if he should speak. He had no intention of doing so, but he knew that Greene would advise him. Instead, Greene took the lead. "I believe that this is meant to be an interview, Lieutenant. Perhaps we should start with you and your guards here," he added as he waved his hand to Geb and Torgath, "asking some questions. My client will do what he can to help you out with the answers." (folks?)
