I like the idea of hoax rules, and I use a couple myself.

I see that the YM_M_JDBGHOAX posted on the exit0.us Wiki so far is scored
at 10, high enough to cause almost all mails that matched to be flagged
as spam/hoax.

The danger is, in the past several years I've gotten a half dozen or so
emails that match this rule; half were passing on the hoax, and half were
asking about or discussing the hoax.

How would you differentiate between the hoax itself, a discussion warning
people of the hoax, and an honest query about the email who is both
afraid to follow the hoax's instructiosn and afraid not to? Miss that
email, and the querant might fall into the hoax.

I haven't been able to figure out how to block the one without blocking
the other two.
