Since Microsoft is discontinuing support for their JVM, jdbgmgr.exe is no longer a useful file anyway. I'd say hoaxes are more amusing than harmful. At least they let you know who your gullible users are. Certainly they come at a much lower volume than spam. If a SARE hoax ruleset is created, please don't add it to Rules du Jour.
