Well this is what I got in my reply to the list. BellSouth has this in
place...but shouldn't be scanning tech lists that discuss it. I munged some
parts..... ;)

I'm not sure what they used to do this.

Pretty neat....but awfully long and techy for the average luser who would
send such a thing.
