not really...

when you use spamcop, you are sending email... you can't retract it any more
than you can un-send any other email...

if you process the spam again (obviously do not submit the reports), you
will see the addresses that the reports were sent to... you could then send
them another email apologising for the first email... or you could just wait
and see if anything happens (it may well be obvious to them that you've
screwed up), and explain if there is any followup...

please be more careful...
