Hmmm. All my business contacts came in as blanks on the Google side. But, since I did the sync before Charlie said he'd fixed it, I tried syncing again. No dice. So, I deleted all the contacts in Google and then did the sync again. Still blanks for business contacts on Google side. Any ideas?
I'm still using the trial version, if that makes a difference. I'm trying to decide on a sync product. While many reviews I've read contain complaints from people about the server-side service component of SS, as a software developer myself, I much prefer a lighter client and server workhorse for handling API issues. If nothing else, I like the scalability of a server-based model rather than having to deal with patch/hotfix, package, deploy ... repeat, repeat, repeat.
