Tim-
I think I've figured it out. I bet you're using Spanning Sync's
Address Book compatibility mode ("Preserve Address Book data
(recommended)"). Is that right? I've been able to reproduce the
behavior you're seeing by enabling this setting.
I recommend switching to "Gmail compatibility mode" in Spanning Sync:
* Open the Spanning Sync pref pane
* In the Contacts tab, de-select the "Sync contacts" checkbox and then
re-enable it
* Choose "Preserve Gmail compatibility"
* Make some small change to one contact in Address Book (to force an
update on the next sync)
* Sync
Once the sync completes, your company contacts should show up
correctly in Google.
I'm working on an update that will automatically fix this issue
regardless of which compatibility mode you're using and hope to have
that deployed early next week. Thanks for your patience (and
persistence) on this issue.
Regards,
Charlie
