Google to iCal sync, even with your product is not 100% reliable. Deletions often aren't reflected on the Google Cal and when you modify an older appt. that often isn't updated elsewhere. Sometimes a given new meeting just doesn't replicate. Some of these issues are Google, some iCal. But most of them are probably related to Apple's limited CalDAV implementation.
