Hi, I just got a brand new install of bioworks and the Proteomics Browser Suite (including SEQUEST). This install required activeperl 5.8.6.811 and IIS. Now I'm trying to install TPP, but I want to still be able to use the proteomics browser suite.
I cannot change the version of activeperl, but TPP says that it requires a newever version of activeperl. When I change the version, it breaks the proteomics browser. Any suggestions as to how to get activeperl to work with both programs? I also tried running TPP off the IIS server, and this throws an error immediately after logging into TPP. If I install tomcat, it uses the same port (80) as IIS, which breaks the Proteomics Browser Suite again. Any suggestions as to how I can configure the servers so that both programs work? Lastly, everything so far is configured for my C: drive. I would like to put TPP on the secondary D: drive. Or I would at least like to have TPP access a folder off of the D: drive. If anyone knows how to configure this, please comment as well.
