Is there a central resource to explain what the input arguments for the various tools mean? I have looked at the readme file that comes with the TPP download and although the input arguments are repeated here they are not explained. As far as I can tell the TPP wiki does not list the input arguments at all. I have also found that writing some of the program names in the command line with no arguments produces some documentation. Are there any other places I can go to find this information?
