Hi, I'm having files from an early version of Agilent ESI-tof instrument (single ms) which generates .wiff files. These files are handled with the Analyst *QS* program (NB not the "ordinary" Analyst). When using TPP for conversion to mzXML I get the following error message:
" c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\mzWiff -v --mzXML -c1 -I"+" -T"" -D"TOF" --AnalystQS c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/fil1-bsa_5uL.wiff The system cannot find message text for message number 0x2331 in the message file for Application.
