Hello. I'm running TPP 4.5.0 on a RHEL server.
I've got a problem loading interact.prot.shtml pages. My page stops loading at random intervals because of the "<indistinguishable_peptide>" entries inside the interact.prot.xml file. All you see on the page is '--' at the spot where the indistinguishable_peptide begins. If I comment all the indistinguishable_peptide tags, the pages loads normally. Is there a command line option for ProteinProphet or xinteract to hide/ remove these indistinguishable_peptide entries?
