Hello, PepC was developed and added by external collaborators, so I am not an expert in its usage or installation. We will note this as an item to fix for our next release. In the meantime, I suggest going to this page to download the missing html file: http://sashimi.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sashimi/trunk/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/Quantitation/Pepc/PepcView/src/com/insilicos/public/PepcView.html?revision=4929&view=markup
Click on the 'download' link and place the file under the C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\PepcView\ folder, then try again. I really don't know if this will work, but it's worth a shot.
