Dear TPP team, I'm on a test run to check out PepC function in TPP. The PepC did run successfully, but there is no where to check out the results now. I'm using the latest TPP rapture version2, and I run through the X! Tandem pipeline with two LC-MS/MS files in comparison. everything run smoothly. However, when I chick the PepC results (the js file), the webpage pop up with this message: Not Found The requested URL /tpp-bin/PepcView/PepcView.html was not found on this server. I'm pretty sure it's simply fix that I'm not aware of. By the way, do I need both interact.pep.xml and interact.prot.xml for PepC analysis?
