Hi Kevin, This is an odd message, since the path appears to be a Linux-style path and not a Windows path. Are you able to access the pepXML models from the PepXML Viewer? Is everything else running fine otherwise?
One near-term solution is to try to open this file via the Petunia web interface; just click on the "Files" link and find the file. If you get the same error message, it may be a file permissions issue; please check that the SEL42 directory has read access to everyone.
