I am able to access PepXML but it will not load the models. That is where I get the forbidden error. Everything other than this and Legacy viewer seems to be operating great. Legacy viewer does not give me any warning it just opens a new tab (http://localhost:10401/tpp/cgi-bin/protxml2html.pl?xmlfile=c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data5.0/SEL46/SEL46.Comet.Tandem.interact.prot.xml&restore_view=yes) and does not generate anything on the screen. Also all of the files generated here have read access to all users on the machine.
