Hi everyone,

I am running spectrast on ubiquitinated data and I see that ubiquitinations
on spectrast results file are tagged like K[GlyGly], but this leads to an
error during the export of the library with spectrast2tsv.py :
This modification has not been recognized :
K

Found in the following sequence :
AAAAAAALQAK[GlyGly]SDEK

The code used to interpret it was : TPP
I also see that in iProphet result file ubiquitinations are tagged with
K[242], so the transformation into K[GlyGly] is realized during spectrast.
I am wondering whether there is a way of keeping K[242] tag for
ubiquitinations ?

Thanks,
Marine.
