Leon,
Go into the ColdFusion administrator.
Delete the security context sc1 and recreate it.
(Make sure you write down the settings to recreate it BEFORE you delete it!)
Cycle all services (cfserver, siteminder authorization, siteminder
authentication)
Hit refresh in the browser where you are seeing the siteminder error. It
might work, it's always worth trying it again until it does.
This seems to be the method that's worked best for me.
Screaming loudly at the computer and physically abusing the monitor also
seems to help!
