It happens to me also. What I did was did a 4.5.2 installation, then use CF5 to
upgrade it. Then install the spectra 1.5. Have a few problems when doing the
test/configuration also...what I did
was :
1. Go to CF server admin...Advance Security
2. Check sc1(Security context)...it seems that it's not assigning the UserDirectory to
the security context sc1.
3. Assign UserDirectory to sc1
4. Uncheck Advance security...Apply
5. Check Advance security back....Apply
4. stop cf application server services, restart
5. stop all siteminder services, restart
6. Try to reload your test/configuration page.
