Yes, every usb adsl modem I know could be set in a bridged mode or in a
routed mode or in PPPoA. Every time you use PPPoE, it is on top of a bridged
dev.

You first need to know what setting you need to set. Looking at the files
installed with the driver on windows could be a clue if you don't have the
settings from the ISP.
Could you give us a link to the ISP driver/configuration for the modem?
