another big advantage of XRC is they don't have an attitude well you call
with a problem.  I have ordered from a lot of companies and I would say
probably half of them are absolutly pissed off if you have a problem with
an order and insist it's my fault or worst yet never call back.  

For computer parts there is resellerratings.com and those shed alot of
light on things.
