This is the risk you take ordering from a new company. It takes time to get the bugs out, get staff that knows what the hell they are doing, and vendors that take the new outfit seriously. You have to figure the vendor deal with probably 100 shops that pop up daily bragging they are going to need $100,000 standing orders and all this advertizing material, etc...only to fold at months end.
XRC is working hard I trust, they are simply a little overwhelmed I believe. If you have to have something definitely without a hitch there are older saturn vendors that are established..sure you pay more, sure you may have to deal with attitudes, and sure you aren't going to be helping a company trying to push the saturn envelope a bit. Hopefully down the line one day we will get a little pamphlet with a customer appreciation coupon in it or somehow entered into a contest for a prize. I just hope everyone here that has a problem with any vendor or person on this list contacts them first and gives them a chance to fix whatever is wrong...a few flames here and there can really start the rumor mill going.
