Very well put Chris. Every new company will face problems, and mature answers like that will keep the rumors from starting. There is no reason for anyone to start flaming a company on a board like this, and there is absolutely no reason to turn this post into a personal flame war like it was just a few post ago.
I deal with XRC daily, they are a good company, and they arent going anywhere. As long as you support them that is. I was around when SPS started, they had their own problems but they've worked through them, and even though i dont shop through them, they are an established company. In time XRC will have this same result.
