John, there are about seven people left in this country who would not sue
an entity for injury resulting from their own malfeasance.  I am probably
one of them.  I can't imagine suing anybody else for injuries resulting
from my own arrogance and stupidity.

Are you familiar with the recently passed law in New Jersey which mandates
that trespassers on railroad property cannot recover from the railroad for
injuries sustained as a result of their trespass?

In any event, your remarks about trespass are still well taken.
