I think the nerve touched was violation of common sense...dressing up to blend in with work crews, Blatant Tresspassing (if you use a ladder to hop a fence...that's Blatant), The Stockton Tower has a couple of No Tresspassing signs, but they allow it for now as long as common sense safety rules are adhered to...but I wouldn't go into any of the three yards here in town...
