Subject: Re: National Association of Home Builders is orchestrating
amajoropposition campaign against residential fire sprinklers

Scott,

Having listened to John's philosophy over the years I do believe he
was just passing on the NAHB propaganda that many of us mentioned that
we didn't have access to. I really doubt he was advocating the stated
position. John? On another note this seems very similar to the NAHB
stand against smoke alarms back in the seventies. Any other aged
members of this grouppo recall that. If you really believe any trade
association's tripe that their only concern is advocating for the good
of the consumer of their product then that person is surely naive
(Scott this is just a general statement and not directed at you or any
other particular reader of this post).
