No. 13R would be applicable.  The frontage increase is "slightly"
independent of the requirement for sprinklers.  A 5A, R2 building is
limited to 12,000 sf per floor and a height of 50 feet or 3 stories.
504.2 allows ancrease to 60 feet or 4 stories.  506.1 allows you to
get to 17,000 sf. for the largest floor. Then 506.4, Exception 2
allows an area increase for 13R buildings to 17,000 sf x 4 stories  or
a whopping 68,000 sf total building size (total of all floors.)

Not my favorite section of the code.  Often overlooked for limiting
the size of buildings, but not in this situation.
