Isn't C for new steel 150. We use 120 to "semi"-account for degradation. If
the pipe is flushed IAW 25, and all the stuff done that is SUPPOSED to be
done, then you should have a good idea on internal condition. As Scot said,
the end resulting flow is the final indication of pipe condition.
