The owners don't want water in the pipes and the want the electro pneumatic operation to connect to the operation of other alarm devices in the data center. (Somewhere someone has told almost all of the Data center Executives that water in pipes leaks on their equipment.) They don't want sewer lines water lines or heating lines over their data rooms.

Why at all, but if the owner insists what advantage do you get from double interlock? Double interlocks are primarily useful for warehouse size freezers where an accidental filling of the pipes is unwanted because the water will freeze. Are we mistakingly calling single interlock with supervisory air a double interlock?
