Table 8.6.2.2.1(d) of the '07 indicates that for storage applications
with densities > 0.25, the maximum coverage area is 100 square feet, and
the maximum spacing is 12'.
The same table advises that if the density is < 0.25, the maximum
coverage area is 130 square feet, and the maximum spacing is 15'.
