Why in God's name does he want (or anyone) want sprinklers in an oven, no matter how big? I once had to put sprinklers in a building over a molten salt bath (1000 degrees F). The manufacturer's literature said not too (for obvious explosive reasons) so to separate the potential deaths from the life safety equipment we built a $22,000 hood over the salt bath leaving about a three foot perimeter between the hood and the building walls. The salt bath was the only thing in the building.
