NFPA does not require FDCs to be Listed, nor does NFPA stipulate WHO is an 
acceptable listing agency, the AHJ is the one who decides what agencies are or 
are not acceptable.  If the states in question require a listed connection by 
ordinance or law that would be the only situation in which this would matter, 
which sounds to be the case in those states, but let's not confuse NFPA's 
requirements on the FDC issue.

Had a Croker Inc. speaker last night who said their Storz is now UL listed. ( 
For CT and NJ). Seems to me that given the NFPA madate for UL, there is no 
other option

I tell them that since they are not UL listed for fire service, they are not 
legal in the State of Connecticut (per State Fire Marshal)
