Well, is it a 4x4 Storz, a 5x4 storz, or a 2.5" NST/bastard?
Also, in other than high-rises or where an automatic water supply for the 
standpipe is required, the FDC IS the primary water source for a manual wet 
standpipe, so the flow in needs to meet the demand of the standpipe system in 
those instances- well, if we want it to work anyway....

It isn't appropriate for 13 to change?  Just because it is the same piece of 
equipment doesn't mean that they have the same objectives or levels of 
criticality.

Try submitting a proposal next cycle showing the friction loss and try to 
change it.  WHat is the loss at 250 gpm and 500 gpm?
